City of Peterborough Sports Club is an ideal place to host business meetings, company lunches or training days and can be set up to meet your individual/group requirements.
Rooms for hire
The Club Lounge
Can be hired with or without the Bar
Accommodates up to 60 people seated or up to 100 for a less formal event
Large screen for projection from a laptop
Hot & cold drinks available if the bar is closed
The Boardroom
Accommodates up to 40 people seated
Large TV screen with HDMI adaptor, or an OHP for laptop connection
Wall-mounted fixed whiteboard
Catering options area available for both rooms with a variety of buffet menus; other options can be discussed if these do not meet your requirements.
Rates for hire are as follows:

The number of hours required for bar staff will be agreed for each booking at time of booking.
All rates are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate on date of event.

We can also facilitate hosting a company team building day or family day where you can hire out the sports club field (subject to availability) as well as one or both rooms.
Sports Facilities for Hire
The club has a variety of sports facilities which can be hired subject to availability.
Artificial Sports Pitch
The artificial pitch is used only for hockey (no football or other sports) and can be hired by the hour. The rate charged will depend on the usage as follows :
Full Adult & Junior Commercial Rate

| Full Pitch | £55 per hour + VAT |
Community & Non-Profit Rate
| Half Pitch | £25 per hour + VAT |
| Full Pitch | £45 per hour + VAT |
If floodlights are required they are charged by the hour at the prevailing rate at time of usage; details can be provided at time of booking.
Enquiries about full day bookings are also welcomed.
Cricket facilities
The cricket pitch, the cricket nets or the cricket outfield can be hired out subject to availability. Prices will vary depending on the length of hire, the frequency of hire, and the type of use.
Squash facilities
The club has 4 regular courts with viewing balconies, and a glass-backed court with tiered seating which is ideal for competitions. Prices will vary according to number / type of courts needed, the type of event and the time of day.
Bowls facilities
The Club’s Bowls facilities are rated amongst the best in the region, with the green able to accommodate up to 7 rinks. There is also a self-contained clubhouse next to the green. Prices for hire will depend on the requirements.
Tennis facilities
The club has 3 outside and 2 indoor tennis courts, as well as 2 grass courts during the summer months. Courts can be hired by non-members through the tennis club website. Due to the high usage of the courts, hiring is not usually an option but the club welcomes enquiries.

Events
From traditional buffets to sit down meals, we can help you create an event that fits your taste and budget. Our clubhouse lounge area can seat up to 60 people. We can also set up marquees, gazebos and an outdoor bar for summer time events.
Alternatively if you want to hold your own event at the club please get in touch to see if we can work together using the excellent facilities at the sports club, ample parking and licensed bar.
Major events we have hosted include the East of England Strongman, the PCA Cricket Legends match, Masters Squash Tournaments, the Club’s own regular Beer Festival, as well as wakes, celebratory lunches, leaving parties, milestone birthday celebrations, fundraising days for Sue Ryder and SWAN charities and several Minor Counties cricket matches.
